A hand held core and shoulder stability training apparatus

A hand held physical training apparatus, includes a robust spherical type shell 1, housing a ball transfer unit 2, in which the ball protrudes from the flat base of the shell providing an unbalanced surface which can rotate freely to allow the whole unit to move 360° in any direction. The shell may be provided with a removable rubber non-slip coating. A clip 4 may be provided for removably fixing the ball transfer unit in the shell. The apparatus may be used for core and shoulder stability training exercises.
