PURPOSE: A composite waterproofing method for vibration absorbing insulation and condensation prevention is provided to prevent condensation with a thermal insulation effect and to prevent leakage due to damage to an overlapping portion of waterproofing sheets generated from vibration or pressure of equipment when of backfilling. CONSTITUTION: A composite waterproofing method for vibration absorbing insulation and condensation prevention includes: a step of forming an expanded urethane foam insulation layer(20) on a structure(10) for thermal insulation to absorb vibration or pressure applied on the structure(10); a step of forming a sheet or composite waterproofing layer(30) having a groove(31) which prevents water leakage due to damage due to vibration or pressure on the insulation layer; and a step of covering the groove of the sheet or composite waterproofing layer and then forming a sliding waterproofing layer(40) moving up and down and left and right according to the motion of the structure.
