PURPOSE: A military training management system and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to use a serial number chain as an access authentication device by providing personal information and a wireless communication function to the serial number chain. CONSTITUTION: When an electronic soldier recognition device(100) approaches, a smart card reader(210) reads personal information from the electronic soldier recognition device, or transmits updated personal information or military training information to the electronic soldier recognition device. A training field server(220) is installed on a training field and is connected to the smart card reader, for reading the personal information from the electronic soldier recognition device or recording the military training information in the electronic solider recognition device. A DOD(Department Of Defense) server(240) manages the personal information recorded in a smart card of the electronic soldier recognition device, or obtains the military training information from the training field server and matches the personal information with the military training information.
