PURPOSE: An apparatus for sprouting coffee green beans is provided to effectively sprout a large amount of coffee green beans in a short time. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sprouting coffee green beans comprises: a water tank(110) in which water is saved; a first heater(120) heating water; a magnetized water generating device(130) magnetizing the water provided from the water tank; a sprouting tank(140) which discharges the water provided from the magnetized water generating device to the water tank; a shower(150) which sprays the water provided from the magnetized water generating device to the inside of the sprouting tank; a sprouting container(148) in which coffee green beans are received; and a circulating pump(170) circulating water. |
