The system comprises a blowing circuit and an extraction circuit. The blowing circuit comprises strut assemblies (31, 32) integrated into a floor (5) intended for an aircraft and an air distribution orifices (34, 34', 34'' and 35) between cabinets (51-55) of an electronic bay and the strut assembly. The extraction circuit comprises an air transmission conduct (E1, E2 and E5) integrated into the cabinets. Independent claims are included for: (1) a blowing circuit; (2) an extraction circuit; and (3) an electronic bay.
