PURPOSE: A detergent dispenser and a clothes handling apparatus having the same are provided to offer the detergent dispenser capable of introducing siphoning regardless of water supply conditions and preventing a detergent box cover from being easily separated by integrating the detergent box cover with an accepting part cover extended to the inner side of the detergent box. CONSTITUTION: A detergent dispenser comprises a detergent box installed at a cabinet of a clothes handling apparatus to slide forwardly and backwardly; at least one detergent accepting part extended to the front and rear of the detergent box; a pair of partition walls(206, 207) dividing one of the accepting parts into two auxiliary accepting parts and a water discharging part disposed between the two auxiliary accepting parts; a siphon pipe(203) formed at each of the two auxiliary accepting parts; and a detergent box cover integrated with a siphon cap(218) covering the siphon pipe and installed at the detergent box, for covering the detergent accepting part. The top of one partition wall(206) is configured to be higher than the top surfaces of the siphon pipe and siphon cap. The top of the other partition wall(207) is configured to be higher than the top of a detergent guiding part(212c). The siphon cover has a partition wall accepting part(212a) protruding upwardly on the siphon cover.
