PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to supply surplus power of each battery cell to cell modules which has low power, thereby balancing the power of every cell, and increasing available the capacity and the lifetime of a battery pack. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack(100) comprises a cell module stack(200) and a battery management system(300). The cell module stack connects battery cells and cell modules having transformers built-in by stacking a plurality of the same, and connects connect-terminals of each transformer of the cell modules parallelly. The battery management system calculates reference voltage on the basis of the state information of each cell modules, transfers a first control signal for outputting partial power through the transformer built-in to a first cell module, of which battery cell voltage is higher than the reference voltage, and transfers a second control signal, for supplying power applied to the connect-terminals of each transformers to the battery cell, to a second module, of which battery cell voltage is lower than the reference voltage. |
