PURPOSE: A clopidogrel co-crystal containing clopidogrel bisulfate and nicotinamide is provided to enhance stability to heat, light, or moisture, and to ensure solubility in water. CONSTITUTION: A clopidogrel co-crystal contains clopidogrel bisulfate, and nicotinamide or isonicotinamide. A method for preparing the clopidogrel co-crystal comprises: a step of dissolving clopidogrel bisulfate, and nicotinamide or isonicotinamide in an organic solvent for preparing a mixture solution; a step of generating the clopidogrel co-crystal; and a step of collecting the clopidogrel co-crystal.
