PURPOSE: A metal electrode pattern manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus thereof are provided to increase pattern output per hour by performing a continuous process and by forming patterns through the radiation beam irradiation. CONSTITUTION: A metal electrode pattern manufacturing method is composed of the following steps of: the step(S100) of dye-coating a substrate slot with an organo-metallic compound ink; the step(S110) of preliminary heating up the coated substrate; the step(S120) of forming patterns by irradiating a laser beam from multiple laser sources on the substrate; the step(S130) of washing the substrate formed with the patterns; and the step(S140)of post-heating the washed substrate.
