PURPOSE: A booster pump control system and a pump control method using the same are provided to perform a bidirectional control by a used amount of water, a supplied amount of the water, flux signals, the operation of a motor, and a position analysis of a flux efficiency point. CONSTITUTION: A pump control method using a booster pump control system comprises; a step(S200) for searching initial values of an inspection condition and a control condition of the booster pump control system; a step(S210) for determining whether or not a current value of the control condition is lower than a target value; a step(S220) for outputting base data values of the initial operation of a pump for an inverter, the operation of an electromagnetic contactor for operating the inverter, the operation of an inverter outputting unit; a step(S230) for measuring the data of the power operation of the inverter, a flux value, and a pressure value and recording to each control loop recording blocks of a condition inspection control loop recording device; and a step(S250) for immediately coinciding the flux of a pump unit by designation-outputting power output in batches; a step(S260) for determining that the used amount of water is in a range of 1-100% or 101-200% or 201-600% by re-inspecting a condition value detected in a real time basis and the data recorded in the control loop recording blocks; a step(S270) for precisely controlling the pump unit by controlling a direct operation outputting unit and the inverter outputting unit depending on a flux determination result; and a step(S280) for compare-determining whether the pressure values and values of the used amount of the water before and after operating inverter power or additional power.
