PURPOSE: A smart measuring device MAC(Medium Access Control) method for single user, multiple users, multiple access, or MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output) wireless communication is provided to control a plurality of wireless communication devices by the single user and the multiple users, and by the multiple access or the MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output) wireless communication. CONSTITUTION: A baseband processing module(64) identifies a third time period or one or more wireless communication channels for radio(60) through one or more communication medium access option corresponding to a second time period. The radio executes communication for a wireless network manager. The baseband processing controls the radio to transmit measured data or sensing data to the wireless network manager through one or more wireless communication channels during the third time period.
