<p>PURPOSE: A colored photosensitive resin composition, a color filter using the same and a display device are provided to be able to be suitably used in manufacturing various color filters and a display device having the same since the stability upon passage of time in viscosity and patterning property is excellent. CONSTITUTION: A colored photosensitive resin composition contains an alkali soluble resin, a photopolymerizable monomer, a photopolymerization initiator, inorganic pigment and a solvent. The solvents include a solvent having amide structure. The solvent having amide structure includes the solvent represented by chemical formula 1 or 2. In the chemical formula 1, R1 represents hydrogen or alkyl, respectively. X represents hydrogen, alkyl or amino. In the chemical formula 2, R2 and R3 represent hydrogen or alkyl, respectively. n represents an integer of 1-3. The boiling point of the solvent having amide structure is 150-250deg.C. The rate of the solvent having amide structure is 1-90weight% among the whole solvent.</p> |
