PURPOSE: A camera module is provided to flatten a ground pad and to maintain the assembling length of a shield case to be flat as the ground pad is formed into a pad form in an edge of an edge portion of the connector mounting unit. CONSTITUTION: A camera module(100) comprises a substrate(110), an optical unit(120), and a shield case(130). The substrate includes a camera mounting unit and a connector mounting unit. The optical unit is joined to the camera mounting unit of the substrate. The shield case is mounted in the connector mounting unit. A ground pad is arranged in an edge portion of the connector mounting unit. An image sensor is mounted on the top of the camera mounting unit. A connector(124) with a plurality of pins in both sides is mounted on the top of the connector mounting unit. |
