PURPOSE: An inlet part of a vehicle heat-treating and painting facility is provided to widen contact surface with inlet air and to have sufficient time for heat transfer. CONSTITUTION: An inlet part of a vehicle heat-treating and painting facility comprises an inlet fan; a heat exchanger(250); and a heater path restricting member(253). The heat exchanger is filled with carbon heating material. A heater with glass pipe for forming vacuum is connected to the heat exchanger. The heater fluid path restraining member comprises a path restraining part and a path opening part. The path restraining member is partially contacted to the heater. The path opening part opens one of upstream or downstream of the fluid path by being connected to the path restraining part. Inside or outside the path restraining part, a heat reflection part reflecting heat is mounted.
