PURPOSE: A lifting jack for a bridge deck and a method for replacing a bridge bearing using the same are provided to obtain a sliding effect due to shear deformation and a dispersion effect for a load on a bridge deck in response to displacement due to the lifting of the bridge deck through a hydraulic jack. CONSTITUTION: A lifting jack for a bridge deck includes a hydraulic jack(10) and a position correcting unit(20). The hydraulic jack comprises a cylinder(11) and a piston(12). The position correcting unit is installed at the lower portion of the cylinder or the upper portion of the piston. The position correcting unit is formed of an elastic polymer(23). The elastic polymer comprises an upper plate(21), a lower plate(22), and multiple reinforcing plates(23a). The multiple reinforcing plates are inserted between the upper plate and the lower plate.
