The stationary and movable housing portions (21,22) are spaced apart from each other. A glass shield is arranged on movable housing portion to be seated between the upper and lower holders. The glass shield is located between sample heating element (70) and load receiver, when movable housing portion is in measuring position. The glass shield and respective holders are removable from the movable housing portion in predefined path.
