PURPOSE: A cosmetic material and a composition for treating dermatitis containing peat and cypress oil are provided to ensure antibacterial and antifungal properties and to enhance anti-aging, skin elasticity, anti-wrinkling, skin whitening, and skin moisturizing without side effects. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic material and a composition for treating dermatitis contain 60-95 wt% of peat and 5-40 wt% of cypress oil as active ingredients. The cosmetic material additionally contains 5-15 wt% of camphor tree oil. The cosmetic material is manufactured in the form of an emulsion, a suspension, a paste, gel, a cream, a lotion, a powder, a soap, a surfactant-containing cleansing, an oil, a foundation, a pack, a massage cream, or a spray.
