PURPOSE: An electric heater blowing hot air is provided to selectively blow hot air of high energy and low energy, to freely regulate the direction of hot air supply, and to smoothly supply energy by regularly circulating the air indoor. CONSTITUTION: An electric heater blowing hot air comprises a radiation heat supply unit(100) and a hot air supply unit(200). The radiation heat supply unit is installed so that a radiant heating by the heat reflection of an electric heater(110) and a reflecting plate(130) is possible. The hot air supply unit supplies hot air using a PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater(210) and a ventilator(230).
