PURPOSE: An automatic first hanging device for pipe pressure is provided to be no need for an operator to passively hanging a duck on shackle and automate all processes. CONSTITUTION: An automatic first hanging device for pipe pressure includes a first shackle guide(20) guiding a shackle used in a previous process; a knife part(80) amputating the ankle of a duck hanging on the shackle; a finger board(50) having a finger catching or releasing the ankle area of the amputated duck while rotating; a cam board rotating the finger by equipping with a first cam and a second cam facing with each other in the lower part of the finger board; and a shackle hanging if a duck hung on the finger board fell by the second cam.
