PURPOSE: An apparatus for blocking noise and dust is provided to prevent noise and dust from spreading to a residential area, and to be recognized from a long distance. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for blocking noise and dust comprises an end assembling member(100), an end fixing member(200), and a cutoff membrane. The end assembling member comprises an edge(101) and a plurality of supports(110). A plurality of hinge joints(H) is installed on the edge. The end fixing member comprises a plurality of insertion grooves(210) formed on a fixing rim(201) at constant intervals to insert each end of the end assembling member. The cutoff membrane covers an exposed part between the end fixing member and the end assembling member. |
