PURPOSE: A road safety display panel for a vehicle, capable of easily being detached, is provided to improve the efficiency of a road building work or a road facility monitoring work by providing detachable safety display panels to various vehicles. CONSTITUTION: A display panel main body(10) includes a light emitting member(11) on a front side. The light emitting member gives guidance for a road construction or facility inspection. A portable handle(20) is comprised on the upper part of the display panel's main body. A fixing part penetrates a combining hole. A detaching block(40) is combined with the fixing part. The detaching block comprises a magnetic body inside. A rotation preventing frame prevents the rotation of the detaching block.
