The module (1) has two piezo actuators (2, 3) that are connected behind each other in a mechanical effective direction. The actuators consist of piezo elements with inner electrodes (4, 5), where the piezo elements are connected one behind the other in the mechanical effective direction. An adhesive joint (6) is formed between the piezo actuators, where the joint is formed between opposite boundary layers of the actuators in an entire cross-section of the actuators. The joint is formed from an adhesive (7) with firm particles (8) as filler, where the filler consists of ceramic particles. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a piezo actuator module. |
