PURPOSE: A device for preventing water from flowing into high voltage electric parts is provided to improve stability by reducing the short circuit and fire risks of high voltage electric parts by preventing water from flowing into the voltage electric parts. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing water from flowing into high voltage electric parts comprises a grill(10), a diaphragm(20), and a duct(30). The grill is installed in a panel inside a vehicle for inhaling air. The diaphragm is equipped underneath the grill. The diaphragm is formed so that water can flow on the upper surface thereof. The diaphragm is downwardly curved from the center towards the boundary. The duct is equipped in the bottom of the barrier in order to flow air. The duct discharges water to the outside through a waterspout unit(31). The waterspout unit is outwardly bent in order to hold up water which is dropped from the top.
