PURPOSE: A diaper type urination device with a sanitary pad capable of collecting stool on a separate place is provided to consult the convenience of a wearer and a caregiver to the sick and simultaneously collect menstrual blood. CONSTITUTION: A diaper type urination device with a sanitary pad includes a female pudendum(305) cover having the flexibility to cover a female pudendum; a base plate(303) positioned in the inside of the female pudendum cover and equipped with one or multiple holes formed with a thread inside the holes; a urination pin(301) or a blood discharging pin(302) installed in the hole of the base plate; a buffer tube(306) connected to the back side of the female pudendum cover, formed with a space inside and with a urination outlet for discharging stool on the lower end; a urination tube(210) with a tube shape having the end part of one side coupled with the buffer tube and the end part of the other side equipped with a collection part collecting the stool; and a belt member fixing the female pudendum cover on the human body.
