<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily obtain display of a part required by the user when a map is displayed. <P>SOLUTION: On an output unit as a touch panel, a mark representing a map image and a reference point is displayed. At that time, first and second modes are available which are different in processing when a first state with two parts in a map image display area touched is shifted into a second state by moving with at least one of the two parts being kept in the contact state. In the first mode, spots same as spots on the map displayed respectively on the two parts in the first state are respectively displayed at two parts in the second state. In the second mode, if a distance between the two parts in the first state is set as L1 and a distance between two parts in the second state is set as a second distance L2, the position of the mark of a reference spot displayed in the first state is not moved in the output unit, and display of the map image is multiplied by L2/L1 with the reference spot as a center. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
