摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A photoelectric converting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain biometric information with depth direction information by adopting a proper location combination between a light emitting device and a light receiving device. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(100) includes opaque wiring layers(107,108). An insulation layer(106) with a plurality of openings is formed on the substrate. A light emitting device(200) and a light receiving device(300) are formed in the openings of the insulation layer. The light emitting device includes a light emitting layer made of semiconductor materials and a top electrode layer(207). The light receiving device includes a light receiving layer made of the semiconductor materials and a top electrode layer(307). The top electrode layers of the light emitting device and the light receiving device are composed of common electrodes. The opaque wiring layer is formed outside a region defined by the openings.</p>
