PURPOSE: A village warning broadcasting method and a system thereof are provided to stably supply a warning broadcast when equipment is not operated. CONSTITUTION: One or more warning devices(500) receive a control command message through a second communication method from major stations. One or more warning devices transmit the control command message through the second communication method. One or more warning devices perform an operation corresponding to the control command message. A secondary station(400) does not receive the control command message from one or more warning devices after receiving the control command message from a control station. The secondary station broadcasts the control command message to one or more warning devices through the second communication method.
