PURPOSE: A coupling structure of an in-wheel motor for a vehicle and a cable and a coupling method thereof are provided to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of an in-wheel motor and a cable by integrating the lower end of a cable cover with an in-wheel motor housing. CONSTITUTION: A coupling structure of an in-wheel motor for a vehicle and a cable comprise a cable(140), a grommet(150), and a cover(110). The cable is connected to the in-wheel motor(120). The grommet provides waterproof and dustproof functions to the cable. The grommet is formed to surround the joint of the in-wheel motor and cable. The cover is penetrated by the grommet and cable. The cover comprises an upper end and a lower end. The lower end is integrated with the housing(130) of the in-wheel motor. The upper end of the cover is detachable. |
