PLASMA TORCH OF NON-TRANSFERRED AND HOLLOW TYPE

摘要

PURPOSE: A nontransferable hollow type plasma torch is provided to easily separate and replace a front torch unit from an insulation body in case of replacement of an electrode. CONSTITUTION: A plasma torch(100) includes a rear torch unit(10) and a front torch unit connected and installed in both sides through an insulation body(30). The insulation body includes a gas injection space for gas injection necessary for plasma generation. The rear torch unit is installed in one side of the insulation body. The rear electrode with a shape of pipe locates one end inside of the rear torch housing and connects the other end to the gas injection space. The front torch unit includes a front torch housing and a front electrode with a shape of pipe. The front torch housing is installed in the other side of the insulation body. The front electrode with a shape of pipe penetrates into the front torch housing and connects one end to the gas injection space.
