PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of composite food is provided to accurately count the input number of specific raw materials, and to measure the weight of the raw materials. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of composite food comprises: a supplying step of counting a set number of a first raw material(S14, S15); a supplying step of weighing a second raw material(S23); a step of receiving and covering the first raw material and the second raw material to wrapping paper(S30); and a step of measuring the weight of a sealed composite food(S40). The second raw material supplying step comprises: a step of supplying the second raw material to a basket; a step of weighing the second raw material which is received to the basket; and a step of supplying the weighed second raw material to the wrapping paper. The first raw material supplying step comprises: a step of conveying the first raw material to a gate; a step of measuring amount of the conveyed first raw material; and a step of supplying the first raw material which is temporarily stored at the gate.
