PURPOSE: A writing instrument capable of reducing the generation rate of the malfunction is provided to selectively discharge a pen core from one or two directions using an operation unit. CONSTITUTION: A writing instrument comprises the following: a body(106) including a slit(102) formed to the longitudinal direction, and pen cores(104, 204) on both ends of the body; and an operation unit(210) slide-moving back and forth toward the body, and selectively discharging the pen cores by using a guide unit(212) located on the slit for mounting the pen cores. The slit is formed from the center of the body to one end of the body. The operation unit is located on the center of the body. A spring(198) is installed in between the body and the operation unit for elastically supporting the operation unit. |
