PURPOSE: A prefabricated balustrade is provided to firmly fix the same to a pillar to a handrail by a rail fastener and to offer a handle on the top of the pillar. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated balustrade comprises a pillar(10), a fastener(20), a crossbar(30), a fixing unit, a handrail(60), and a rail fastener. The handrail is installed on the top end of the pillar and is fixed by the rail fastener. The handrail comprises a grasping part for lengthily forming along the crossbar and a mounting part(62) for supporting the grasping part. The rail fastener comprises a rail bracket(64) and a rail screw(65).
