PURPOSE: A door hinge having a hydraulic damper is provided to have easily controlled rotation by having a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A door hinge having a hydraulic damper includes a main shaft, a torsion spring, a driving gear(30), a main housing(50), a driven gear(110), a rotary shaft member(120), a vane(130), and an auxiliary housing(150). The main shaft is bound to the fixing unit of a parent body. The torsion spring is bound to the main housing which rotates together with a door, and the torsion spring generates a restoring force reversely rotating the main shaft. The driving gear is fixed to the main shaft. The main shaft and the torsion spring are built in the main housing. The driven gear is engaged with the driving gear and is rotated. The driven gear rotates the rotary shaft member. The rotary shaft member is separately placed to be parallel to the main shaft. The vane is radially extended from the part of the outer circumferential surface of the rotary shaft member. The auxiliary housing forms an arc-shaped chamber in which the vane rotates, and the chamber is filled with a fluid. The auxiliary housing supports the rotary shaft member to be rotatable and is integrally formed at one side of the main housing. |
