PURPOSE: A connection and fusion method for a power corrugated pipe and connecting pipe and a fusion device for the same are provided to prevent a corrugation pipe from becoming separated even though the corrugation pipe is pulled by tensile force. CONSTITUTION: A fusion device(20) for constructing a corrugated pipe(1) for a power pipeline comprises a fusion mold(22) and a heat source generator(24). The fusion mold comprises an inner surface corresponding to an outer surface of a connecting pipe(10). The heat source generator is connected to the fusion mold, and delivers a heat source to the fusion mold. The corrugated pipe and the connecting pipe are welded on the outside of the connecting pipe even while the corrugated pipe is connected to the connecting pipe.
