PURPOSE: A construction material using a mud foaming body and an alloy material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent sick building syndrome by improving heat insulating and sound absorbing properties. CONSTITUTION: A construction material(1000) using a mud foaming body and an alloy material comprises a mud foaming body(100), an alloy material(200), epoxy resin based adhesive or silicon adhesive(300), and a gypsum board. The mud foaming body comprises 35-70 wt% of resin foam particle of polystyrene or polyethylene, polyurethane, and ethyl vinyl acetate and 30-65 wt% of mud powder. The alloy material is foamed by adding titan hydride or sodium carbonate to a base material. The adhesive is spread on the mud foaming body or the alloy material to weld the mud foaming body and the alloy material to each other. |
