PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for marking traffic lanes are provided to easily mark traffic lanes according to curved states of roads and to consecutively accomplishing cutting, fixing, fusing, drying, and cooling works of the traffic lanes. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for marking traffic lanes(1) comprises a storage unit(100), a cutting unit, a guide unit(300), and a heating unit(400). The storage unit stores a roll of traffic lane sheet(2) for marking traffic lanes on the road(3). The cutting unit is arranged around the storage unit and cuts the roll of traffic lane sheet to a predetermined length for installing on the road. The guide unit guides the installation position of the traffic lane sheet. The heating unit is arranged around the guide unit and heats to fuse the traffic lane sheet on the road. |
