PURPOSE: A ring resonator sensor having an asymmetry Mach-Zehnder Interferometer, a waveguide sensor system by self-referencing having the ring resonator sensor, and a micro resonator sensor having the ring resonator sensor are provided to miniaturize a resonator sensor because the resonator sensor can be integrated. CONSTITUTION: A ring resonator sensor having an asymmetry Mach-Zehnder Interferometer comprises a ring resonator. The asymmetry Mach-Zehnder Interferometer receives optical signals from the light source, thereby proceeding by two or more arms having different structures. The ring resonator resonates with specific wavelengths. The ring resonator comprises a flow path portion(1200) transferring measurement object substances. The flow path portion comprises a control unit(1230), a measurement object substances storing unit(1210), and a measurement object substance arrival unit(1220). The control unit controls the movement of the measurement object substances. The measurement object substances storing unit is a starting point for the movement of the measurement object substances. The measurement object substance arrival unit is an arriving point for the movement of the measurement object substances. |
