PURPOSE: A vehicle lamp device is provided to prevent the generation of excessive glaring by separately irradiating lights to a lamp for pedestrians and to reduce risks by selectively irradiating the lamp for pedestrians. CONSTITUTION: A light source unit(110) is composed of a plurality of light sources(111) irradiating lights by being independently lighted. The light sources irradiate the lights to a lighting region corresponding to a preset direction. A lens unit(120) is arranged separately from the front side of the light source unit and refract-transmits the lights irradiated by the light source unit. The lens unit is formed into a non-spherical lens with the flat rear side and the concave front side. A moving device(140) is arranged in the rear side of the light source unit and moves the light source unit, thereby adjusting a distance between the light source unit and the lens unit. A driving device(150) applies power to the light source unit, thereby making the LED light sources of the light source unit irradiate lights.
