PURPOSE: A medicine statistics information processing system and a method thereof are provided to allow a pharmaceutical company to accurately check a demand situation and sales and a supply situation of supply products. CONSTITUTION: An EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) data forming module of a statistics management server(10) forms EDI data from a lot of prescription information. An adaptive statistics module of the statistics management server forms adaptive statistics data corresponding to a request of a specific pharmaceutical company. A web server(30) transmits a statistics processing result to a specific pharmaceutical company terminal(40) by receiving the statistics processing result performed in the adaptive statistics module corresponding to a specific statistics processing request of the specific pharmaceutical company terminal.
