<p num="1"><br/><br/><br/>The invention relates to a thermoregulating item of clothing, especially for <br/>wearing during sport <br/>activities such as jogging, skating, skiing or the like. Said item of clothing <br/>has at least one <br/>thermoregulating area (1, 2) which can be formed inside the item of clothing, <br/>from <br/>thermoregulating elements (3) which are arranged as required. The invention <br/>also relates to a <br/>method for removing humidity from areas of the skin, especially during sport <br/>activities. To this <br/>end, a fabric (32) comprising textile ribs (322) is produced, said fabric <br/>guiding humidity away <br/>from the skin (34) towards the textile surface by means of capillary action. <br/>The textile surface is <br/>formed by webs (321).<br/>
