PURPOSE: Multi in-output device and method for the mobile telecommunication terminal of an optional device inside a vehicle are provided to enable a driver to watch ahead while talking over a mobile telecommunication terminal when driving. CONSTITUTION: A multi in-output device comprises a coordinate input unit(102), a control unit(118), a mobile telecommunication terminal mounting unit(110), a displaying unit(106), and a motion-picture screen(107). The coordinate input unit is equipped in a vehicle handle for obtaining a coordinate value. The coordinate input unit transmits a coordinate information signal in response to the coordinate value. The control unit outputs a coordinate control signal and a reference coordinate information signal by receiving the coordinate information signal. The mobile telecommunication terminal mounting unit mounts a mobile telecommunication terminal. The mobile telecommunication terminal mounting unit takes a picture of the displaying information of the mobile telecommunication terminal for transmitting. The displaying unit projects the displaying information. The motion-picture screen displays the reference coordinate information signal.
