PURPOSE: Cigarette paper made of marine algae fiber and a cigarette using the same are provided to ease a bitter flavor and the intensity of a cigarette flavor using air porosity. CONSTITUTION: Cigarette paper made of marine algae fiber comprises a fiber material including a sea algae fiber which is pulp-formed. The cigarette paper additionally comprises fillers. The material of the fiber comprises at least hemp materials and wood materials.
