PURPOSE: A lease service system of a non-structure unit in a building and a method thereof are provided to reduce unnecessary construction expenses corresponding to provision of a cheap leased object. CONSTITUTION: A constructor registration processing unit(11) classifies member registration information which is transmitted from one or more individual non-structure constructor computer systems for each technology field of a non-structure unit of a building. The constructor registration processing unit stores the classified information in a data storage unit(19). A maintenance monitoring unit(17) periodically receives a maintenance related database of a leased non-structure unit from a non-structure constructor computer system. When defect information of the non-structure unit is inputted, the maintenance monitoring unit commands maintenance.
