PURPOSE: An electric control valve of a variable capacitance compressor is provided to obtain an enough flux between Pc and Ps and a leakage prevention function by improving a configuration and a structure of a plunger and to improve Ps-I properties by changing a configuration of a diaphragm assembly. CONSTITUTION: An electric control valve of a variable capacitance compressor comprises a housing unit(11), a valve body(13), a diaphragm assembly(16), a plunger load(17), a plunger(18), and a valve load(21). The plunger includes a four-way sheet(18c), a plunger body(18a), and a four-way load(18b). The four-way sheet is in contact with the valve body or separated from the valve body according to a vertical operation state. The four-way load is joined to the lower part of the plunger body to be integrated, and the lower part of the four-way load is joined to the valve load simultaneously. The four-way load moves the four-way sheet upwardly by using a hanging projection(27) in a lower part. A gap(G1) between the hanging projection of the four-way load and the four-way sheet which are mutually interlocked is wider than a gap(G2) between a ceiling surface of a passage in a crank shaft chamber of the valve body and a valve sheet(28) of the valve load which are mutually interlocked. |
