PURPOSE: A biosensor and a measuring device thereof are provided to prevent wrong measuring result, and to improve diagnosis performance. CONSTITUTION: A measuring device(20) of a biosensor(10) has a coupling part(30) which correspond to each contact side where a receiving part(21) of the measuring device contacts the biosensor. The biosensor is able to be inserted into the receiving part when the coupling part is perfectly engaged. The coupling part has one or more protrusions(31) which is protruded toward the biosensor.
