PURPOSE: A zirconium electroplating solution and a plating method thereof are provided to easily collect metal zirconium from a solution to be used as a method for collecting zirconium metals different from a hunter process or a kroll process. CONSTITUTION: A zirconium electroplating solution uses an organic sulfur compound as a complex agent. Zirconium uses a zirconium sulphate(SO4) and zirconium oxychloride as starting materials. |
