PURPOSE: A composite wooden deck manufacturing method is provided to expose a wooden deck and an anti-slip device to provide different amounts of frictional forces according to the positions of the upper side of a composite wooden deck in order to prevent a pedestrian from slipping on the deck. CONSTITUTION: A composite wooden deck manufacturing method is composed of the following steps of: a step(a) of preprocessing wherein lumber is vacuum dried; a step(b) of making wooden blocks wherein the lumber is cut to be wooden blocks formed with a concave groove on the upper side; a step(c) of coating an adhesive in the groove to form an adhesive layer; and a step(d) of joining wherein an anti-slip device with a different material from the wooden block is inserted into the concave groove.
