PURPOSE: A high frequency cutting device, a cutting method of a laminated sheet using the same, and a cleaner pad and a manufacturing method thereof using the same are provided to reduce a failure rate by matching parts processed by high frequency with parts performing a cutting process, and to prevent plies of a cleaner layer from being untied. CONSTITUTION: A cutting method for a laminated sheet using a high frequency cutting device comprises a step of cutting parts of a laminated sheet while implementing high frequency processing by firstly dropping a high frequency molding part(S105), a step of cutting the other parts of the laminated sheet by secondly dropping the high frequency molding parts while blocking high frequency(S107), and a step of lifting the high frequency molding part to the initial position.
