<p>PURPOSE: A worm wheel gear of a BLDC motor is provided to increase power transfer efficiency by having a structure capable of distributing stress generated when excessively engaged. CONSTITUTION: A worm wheel screw part(10) forms a screw groove at outer periphery. One side of the screw groove is opened in a form of being dug out. The other side of the screw groove faces the floor of a screw thread and is closed. A worm wheel central axis(20) is formed at a central part. An internal supporting body(40) is protruded from the worm wheel central axis. The internal supporting body is connected to the inner periphery of the worm wheel screw part. The internal supporting body supports the worm wheel screw part.</p> |
