PURPOSE: A transparent heating device is provided to defrost a window or prevent the generation of frost on the window, thereby easily obtaining a view. CONSTITUTION: A transparent heating device includes a transparent heating unit(100) generating heat by being arranged on one side of a window(10). The transparent heating unit includes a transparent heating electrode(140), thereby defrosting the window or preventing the generation of frost on the window. The transparent heating unit includes a transparent film where the transparent heating electrode is formed on one or both surfaces. The transparent heating electrode is formed into a mesh pattern of a metallic material. |
